No we dont. We are registered with SHAMS Free Zone and operate an e-commerce license for online sales.
You can visit our home office in JVC, Dubai, where you can test cameras, lenses and cine sets and buy them, or alternatively order directly on our website. Please contact us for appointment to visit us.
We also participate to several markets and events, please check our website for details.
All second hand lenses and cameras come with a minimum of 1 month warranty (see product pages).
All brand new products come with one-year warranty (Viltrox, Voigtlander etc...). Items can be returned and replaced during the
warranty period if they are deffective.
We accept returns and refunds only for deffective products.

International customers are welcome. We offer free door-to-door delivery by DHL for orders above 500 AED to most destinations.
Please note that while freight charges are free, the import/clearance charges and taxes are not included and should be paid on arrival.
For UAE customers, orders placed before 7PM can be delivered the next day or maximum the day after, by Aramex.
International orders are shipped by DHL, door to door, by express service and take maximum 1 week.
