The First AF APO Standard Prime

Built around a precision APO optical design and enhanced with extra-low dispersion elements, the lens brings red, green, and blue wavelengths into precise alignment on the same focal plane.

Even in extremely high-contrast scenes, chromatic aberration stays beautifully controlled, suppressing distracting color fringing for a cleaner, purer, more refined image.

From sharp in-focus details to gently diffused backgrounds, every tonal shift feels natural, fluid, and visually seamless — delivering an even more immersive and pristine viewing experience.

Bringing APO to F1.8

Bright F1.8 aperture expands versatility from day to night, delivering clean, low-noise image quality even in indoor, dusk, and low-light scenes. Paired with Viltrox's LAB Series high-grade UA element, it also produces soft, natural bokeh with smooth transitions and pleasing subject separation.

Engineered for Sharp Detail

Meticulously engineered with 13 elements in 9 groups, including 2 ED, 2 HR, and 1 UA elements, the AF 55mm F1.8 EVO delivers consistent edge-to-edge sharpness, even on high-resolution cameras.

●       High-resolution clarity keeps every exquisite detail and texture intact, even when cropping or zooming.

●       Unleash full creativity with a wide F1.8 aperture. From F1.8 to F8, enjoy consistently sharp image quality while opening up a range of photographic styles and subjects.

Compact and All-Around

At just over 370g, it stays comfortable for extended handheld use while delivering strong optical performance without compromising its walkaround and travel appeal.

Continuing the consistent EVO design language, the 35mm, 55mm, and 85mm form a lightweight core trio — bringing a more elevated experience across your most-used focal lengths.

Portraits & everyday : natural emotion

From portraits to daily moments, this 55mm brings subjects closer with a natural sense of depth. Balance compression enhances facial features while soft bokeh gently separates the subject from the background.

Immersive 0.43m MOD

Capture close-up beauty at just 0.43m. Built around an APO optical design, it renders flattering subject details with striking clarity and refined texture, while maintaining consistently sharp image quality from near to far.
