AWARD-WINNING DESIGN
The original Pilot bags were released in 2020 and praised by many major review websites/YouTubers, including by DPReview TV which named the 10L version their Gear of the Year 2021. Two years on, the upgraded (vII) version is launched with new features for an even smoother carry experience.
UNRESTRICTED ORGANISATION FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
The Interior of the new Pilot backpack is now segmented with removable dividers offering plenty of flexibility.
The camera pouch uses velcro tabs for securing, fits overnight travel essentials and camera equipment of 1 camera + 3 lenses. If you need to carry more camera gear, the top compartment fits an additional 1 camera + 2 lenses.
A laptop compartment is also fitted inside.
On the exterior, a large hidden pocket accessible runs the whole height of the bag and allows you to store documents or expand your storage as you see fit. Straps and side pockets can be used to hold a tripod, a bottle, etc...

The Pilot Camera Backpack is compatible with all “Interior Modules” from Wotancraft, with two additional loops at the front to hang “Exterior Module” pocket accessories (which can also be used independently as sling pouches), allowing you to customize per different scenarios.

SIMPLE FIDLOCK OPENING MECHANISM
The all new 2023 Pilot backpack uses the Fidlock magnetic buckle, paired with two quick access side openings, giving you a hassle-free user experience.
A TRUE LIGHTWEIGHT BAG
Built from lightweight CORDURA ® (see more details HERE), the fabric is at least 60% thinner than traditional canvas, 50% lighter, 10 times more durable, and also tear-resistant.
In addition, a layer of TEFLON and PU coating is added, making your Pilot water-repellent. And by reducing the use of leather and switching metal accessories to “Duraflex Accessories” (also used by Columbia / Patagonia / Mystery Ranch / Lululemon),
