The most famous "swirly bokeh" lens, this Helios is a 58mm f2 will allow you to capture images with a swirly bokeh around your subjects when used against trees, foliage and busy backgrounds. Since the swirl is not always present, it is also a very affordable lens for general portraiture. The 44-2 version has declicked aperture, a feature that some videographers will appreciate.
